Direct pressing and partially matured in oak barrels.

Tasting

From a blend of our old and younger vines, we gently extract the aromatic fruity character. The meticulous work in the vineyards (three hand collected harvests at different maturity) and the precious work on the lees, enhance its rich texture and its inviting aromatic style.

Serve at 10-12 degrees

Asparagus, marinated salmon, grilled fish, vegetarian dishes and sushi

A fresh yet waxy Viognier here with spiced peaches, thyme and sage. Slightly phenolic on the full-bodied palate with good acidity and energy. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink now.

A mineral and slightly creamy viognier here, with dried lemon and hints of nectarine and chalk. Not an aromatic expression, but rather introverted and elegant with quite a crisp, chalky mouth-feel. Drink now.
