Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels for Syrah. Fermentation in concrete vats for Grenache. Partially aged in barrels for 11 months.

Notes of figs, roasted meat, spices and herbs. It’s medium –bodied with chewy tannins. Dusty and fleshy in the mouth. Fresh finish with herbal notes. A blend of 91% grenache and 9% syrah. Drink now.
