Vinification et élevage
Fermentation malolactique en fûts de chêne pour la syrah. Fermentation en cuves en béton pour la grenache. Élevage partiel de 10 mois en barriques.
Dégustation
Tout le charme des vieilles vignes de grenache. Une attaque soyeuse avec une belle fraîcheur et des tanins fins. Des notes de fleurs et de griottes.
Servir à 16 – 18 degrés
Accompagne
Les viandes rouges, le gibier délicat et les fromages de vache.

Notes of figs, roasted meat, spices and herbs. It’s medium –bodied with chewy tannins. Dusty and fleshy in the mouth. Fresh finish with herbal notes. A blend of 91% grenache and 9% syrah. Drink now.
