The Syrah-based (92%, with 8% Grenache) 2016 Ventoux Cuvee Bramefan spent 10 months in barriques, but the oak influence is subdued. Hints of vanilla and cedar accent blackberries and blueberries on the nose, while the medium to full – bodied palate is ripe and silky in texture, leading into a long, softly tannic finish.
