Infinitix Viognier is a fine example of the perfect matching of terroir to strain of grape. Derived from the purest Viognier variety, it’s both fresh in the mouth and full-bodied, with aromas of hazelnuts, roasted almonds and apricots. Ideal with foie gras and white meats in sauce. Store from three to seven years and serve at 10-12 degrees.
