Malolactic fermentation in small handmade clay jars of 150L. Minimum human intervention as possible for 12 months.

Tasting

From a clay terroir to a handmade clay jar, a very special cuvée vinified showing the pure rendering of our noble terroir. In the mouth we find the purity of the fruit and the natual expression of our clay-limestone soil. Sweet notes of small red fruits, soft and subtle tannins, for an exquisite finish.

Accompany
Poultry, Iberian feather, veal chop or beef, venison and mature cheeses.

A composed red with a supple-textured palate that’s full of black cherries and blackberries, as well as piquant spice and terra cotta. Integrated, dusty tannins on the palate with pristine ripe fruit. Flavorful, with naturally concentrated fruit that’s evenly spread across the palate. 66% syrah and 34% grenache. Drink or hold.

Blackberries, cherries, terracotta, soya and herbs. Vanilla too. Medium body with chewy tannins.
Fleshy and vibrant on the palate with crisp acidity. Fresh and lively finish. A blend of 50% syrah and 50% grenache, aged in amphora for ten months. Drink or hold.
