This is our free spirit wine coming from the spontaneous fermentation of some of our oldest and ripest grenache vines, together with their stalks. The natural fermentation process is free of human intervention and it follows it’s own agenda to produce a gourmet, lively, mineral and generous wine with a lingering finish. A wine of character. Keep for four to seven years.
