Le vin le plus exclusif du Domaine, issue de nos meilleures syrah et grenache et vieilli exclusivement en petites jarres de terre cuite faites à la mains. En bouche, on retrouve la pureté du fruit et l’expression naturelle de notre terroir argilo-calcaire. Notes douces de petits fruits rouges, gouleyant, exubérant et charmeur. Finale exquise. S’accorde avec les volailles, la plume ibérique, côte de veau ou de bœuf, venaison et fromage affiné. Garde de 7 à 10 ans.

A delicious, succulent and lively red blend of syrah and grenache. The nose offers aromas of cherries, dried herbs, stones and warm spices. It’s mediumto full-bodied with fine tannins. Vivid and agile with plenty of texture. Harmonious, with a long, savory, focused finish. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold.

Assemblage 56-44 de Grenache et Syrah, le Ventoux L’Affaire Terre 2021, issu des plus vieilles vignes du domaine, a été fermenté en béton et élevé en amphores. Des parfums de pierre concassée, de myrtille et de cerise noire marquent le nez de ce vin corsé. Rond et mûr, li est assez ample, mais li se termine sur des tanins équilibrés et soyeux et une longueur ample.

Tile, red berries, liquorice and fine herbs to the nose follow through to a medium-to full-bodied palate with succulent cherry fruit and a long and streamlined finish. Really appetising, pristine and pure. 56% Grenache and 44% Syrah. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Delicious now, why hold?

A composed red with a supple-textured palate that’s full of black cherries and blackberries, as well as piquant spice and terra cotta. Integrated, dusty tannins on the palate with pristine ripe fruit. Flavorful, with naturally concentrated fruit that’s evenly spread across the palate. 66% syrah and 34% grenache. Drink or hold.

Blackberries, cherries, terracotta, soya and herbs. Vanilla too. Medium body with chewy tannins.
Fleshy and vibrant on the palate with crisp acidity. Fresh and lively finish. A blend of 50% syrah and 50% grenache, aged in amphora for ten months. Drink or hold.
