This is the crowning jewel of our small estate. Fresh on the palate, playful and exuberant with fragrances of flower and white peach.

Viognier 100%

Direct pressing and partially matured in oak barrels.


From a blend of our old and younger vines, we gently extract the aromatic fruity character. The meticulous work in the vineyards (three hand collected harvests at different maturity) and the precious work on the lees, enhance its rich texture and its inviting aromatic style.

Serve at 10-12 degrees

Pair with
Asparagus, marinated salmon, grilled fish, vegetarian dishes and sushi

A fresh yet waxy Viognier here with spiced peaches, thyme and sage. Slightly phenolic on the full-bodied palate with good acidity and energy. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink now.

A mineral and slightly creamy viognier here, with dried lemon and hints of nectarine and chalk. Not an aromatic expression, but rather introverted and elegant with quite a crisp, chalky mouth-feel. Drink now.

A medium – to full- bodied white with aromas of apple blossom, nectarine, lemon and creamy avocado. Medium acidity and oily in texture, yet fresh and delicious. Drink now.
