It’s long before harvest time that the unique character of any vintage begins to takes form. It all starts with an exceptional grape, of course, but it’s time-intensive and meticulous manual labour that results in a truly fine wine.
The small size of our vineyard makes artisanal methods possible; manual debudding, pruning, thinning of the grape clusters and working the leaf surface to better protect and nurture the fruit.
It’s a viticulture that requires patience and nimble fingers, but has rendered convincing results, season after season. We also make sure our wines contain no herbicide or pesticide.
