AOC Ventoux Rosé

Grape varietals
Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah

Stirring of lees, direct pressing. Batonnage on lees to bring out a thiolated profile.
Vinification and fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.


A playfully light, refreshing, and well-balanced pale rosé. Fifteen-year-old vines grow on the clay-limestone terroir of the Domaine du Tix at an altitude of 350 m, providing naturally fresh and fine harvests. The zesty citrus flavors gives the rosé both sharpness and sweetness, a crisp and fragrant combination.

Serve at 10 degrees

Ventoux rosé cuvée des Restanques 2022, 60% Cinsault, 30% Grenache et 10% Syrah, vignes de 15 ans, à la fois vivace et sec, de robe brillante rose clair, qui allie fraîcheur et charpente, tout en bouche, avec des arômes subtils, un vin particulièrement agréable, à découvrir avec des brochettes de poulet à l’orientale.

A distinctive rose with aromas of kernel, cherries, apricot and some exotic spice. Medium-bodied, creamy and tactile with a serious, bone-dry palate that unleashes a mouthwatering finale. 50% cinsault, 34% grenache and 16% syrah. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.

A very pale peach color with aromas of apple, strawberry and grapefruit zest. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity. Dry, flavourful and textured with crushed stones on the finish. Fresh and vivid. 60% cinsault, 30% grenache and 10% syrah. Drink now.
