This is our free spirit wine coming from the spontaneous fermentation of some of our oldest and ripest grenache vines, together with their stalks. The natural fermentation process is free of human intervention and it follows it’s own agenda to produce a gourmet, lively, mineral and generous wine with a lingering finish. A wine of character. Keep for four to seven years.

A juicy, berry-loaded and refined grenache. It shows notes of dark cherries, raspberries, wild berries, dried herbs, mushrooms and sweet spices. Medium- to full-bodied with fine tannins. Delicate touch on the palate with a restrained character. Transparent yet intense, with a well-driven finish. Drink or hold.

A focused yet vibrant expression of old-vine grenache, showing rich strawberries, red cherries and flowers. A nimble, medium-bodied palate with lots of ripe, flavorful strawberries and effortless, seamless tannins. Drink or hold.
