Ventoux rouge cuvée Dona Maria 2019, 91% Grenache et 9% Syrah, fermentation malolactique en fûts de chêne pour la Syrah, fermentation en cuves en béton pour la Grenache, et élevage partiel de 10 mois en barriques, belle teinte grenat, bien corsé, un vin dense, avec des tanins puissants mais bien mûrs, au nez complexe où dominent les fruits cuits et la garrigue.

Grilled thyme and dried Mediterranean herbs to the dark cherries, strawberries and dried meat notes. Generous with a glycerol-like smoothness and sweetness, with fine-grained tannins and a linear, fruity finish. 66% Grenache and 34% Syrah. Drink now.

Aromas of sweet black cherries and berries with grilled spices, dried flowers and herbs. A rich, flavorful red with medium body, coated by fluffy tannins that are loaded with concentrated blackberries and cherries. 85% grenache and 15% syrah. Drink now or hold.
